The design concept for the 9-story mixed-use building in Jubilee Town features a
blend of commercial spaces on the lower ground, upper ground, and first floors,
topped by a six-story apartment building. The design parameters prioritize
privacy, security, and ventilation. To achieve this, the apartments are designed in
a loft arrangement, ensuring a balance between public and private spaces, while
a central courtyard facilitates natural ventilation, creating a harmonious living
environment.
